Peter Korsholm
Chairman of the Investment Committee
Peter is the Chairman of the Investment Committee and brings many years of private equity investment experience. Prior to Zoscales, he was the CFO of AAK AB, a former Partner at EQT, and the Head of EQT Denmark, where he took an active role in developing Danish operations and responsibility for some of the largest private equity deals in Denmark. Peter received an MBA with distinction from INSEAD (France) and holds an MSc in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics (UK) and a BSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen (Denmark).

Christian Mariager
Chairman of the Advisory Board
Christian is the Chairman of the Advisory Board of Zoscales Partners AG. He supports the strategic value creation work of the team during the investment period of the fund. He is currently also operating partner at L Catterton, a leading global consumer-focused private equity firm. Christian has global experience in the FMCG space and has a stake in the GP. Christian personally, and through his network, advises Zoscales on strategic insights in the acquisition, value creation, and exits of FMCG businesses. He leverages his experience of over 24 years with McKinsey & Company as a senior partner and leader in the firm’s global consumer practice. Christian also brings extensive private equity experience with his current position with L Catterton, current board member positions with several PE owned companies and previous experience as a former CEO with a PE owned firm. Christian received an M.B.A. from Columbia University – Columbia Business School (USA) and a Bachelor’s of Science from Copenhagen Business School (Denmark).

Tenke Zoltani

Tenke brings over a decade of experience in impact investing and sustainable finance. She is founder of the ESG and impact advisory firm Better Finance and is a committee member in Geneva for 100 Women in Finance, a member of Sustainable Finance Geneva, and sits on several impact investing fund boards. Previously, Tenke was Director, Impact Investing at UBS, where she built the impact investing advisory offering for UHNW clients of the bank. Prior, she was an investment manager at Islan Asset Management in Switzerland and has also worked in the emissions markets in London and Geneva across alternative investments. Tenke holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University (USA) and an MSc in International Political Economy from The London School of Economics and Political Science (UK).

Peter Njoka

Peter is an Operating Partner of Zoscales Partners and Advisor in a non-executive role to the Investment Committee. Peter is also the founder of Rhone Partners LLP, a Kenya-based advisory firm that specialises in advising family businesses, family offices, and institutional investors. Prior to Rhone Partners, Peter spent over 20 years in private equity and investment management. As managing director at Abraaj for 17 years, Peter was instrumental in building the firm’s Africa presence and was responsible for key East Africa transactions, including the transformative acquisition of a position in Brookside Africa Limited, the largest dairy processor in East Africa, where he is still a member of the Board of Directors. In addition to Brookside, Peter is also a non-executive director of some of Kenya’s leading companies, including Timsales Holding, Kenya Clay Products, and the Great Rift Valley Lodge where he is the chairman of the board. Peter holds a BSc in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Nairobi (Kenya).
